AI Game Development

We build games where the world reacts. Generative NPCs with persistent memory and motivation, procedurally generated quests that fit the player's playstyle, and combat or dialogue that adapts in real time.

Our pipeline blends on-device LLMs (for latency and offline play), cloud models (for richer behavior) and classical game AI (for the parts that absolutely cannot stutter). Everything is tuned for frame-budget — AI in games either runs at 60fps or it doesn't ship.

Used by indie studios shipping single-player narrative games and by AAA teams adding companion characters and director systems to live titles.
