CognitoFlow is an autonomous reasoning engine that ingests live telemetry from a global logistics network and continuously re-plans routing, capacity and exception handling — turning what was a 30-person ops floor into a self-correcting system.
The challenge
The client ran a fragmented stack of ERP, TMS and WMS systems with manual exception queues. Every disruption — weather, customs, capacity — fanned out into hours of human triage, blowing SLAs and burning margin.
Our approach
We fine-tuned a Gemma 4 adapter on five years of internal dispatch transcripts and shipment records, then wired it into a planner-executor agent loop with tool access to the TMS, weather APIs and the carrier network. Every decision is logged with rationale for auditors.
The outcome
Operational latency dropped 42%, SLA breaches fell 68%, and the engine now resolves more than 80% of exceptions without human intervention — all while producing a fully auditable reasoning trail.
